in the early 1900's by a host of entrepreneurs.
For nearly a 100 years, Klickitat was supported by the Timber industry
Since the 1990's and the closure of the sawmill, we have been struggling to regain our identity.
For many years the uncertainty of a future here was in question
But now with some creative individuals stepping up and working together,
there's a new hope for our community,
and - we dare boast some of the best Hunting and fishing,
anywhere in the Pacific Northwest.
